This hotel offers a great central location near Captain Morgans café, and the rooms are tidy, well-equipped, and feature brand new baths, along with very clean beds that have electric blankets.

The staff were especially helpful and knowledgeable and the location was unbeatable to other Top 10 parks that i' stayed in on previous visits to NZ. Btw, I admired Anne of Cleves House, based just a short walk away from the hotel...

i booked king room, it was good-sized and complete with refrigerator or microwave, air hockey, as example. there were a microwave oven, an electric kettle, and fridges upon arrival.

I had a wonderful stay at this place. The location was absolutely perfect, right on a huge beach. It was so nice to be able to walk to the beach rather than the road. The hotel provided excellent service and the staff were very friendly. The room amenities were top-notch, with heating, air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, and a comfy sitting area. The hotel also had a beautiful garden area with garden furniture, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the surroundings. I was impressed with the quality and comfort provided by this place.

The beach view was majestic, and the atmosphere was lovely. The place had a great playground for families with children, and the room was warm and cozy.

The towels were not provided, and the blanket on the bed was thin, which made us feel cold. the entrance gates needed a scanner.

This accommodation is perfectly situated in a prime location right next to the beach. Strolling along the shoreline is a refreshing start to the morning. Plus, the central district is easily accessible.

The upkeep of the facilities needs to be improved, including the bathrooms and Wi-fi.

Great location with beautiful views from the balcony. The beach and boardwalk right at our doorstep made for enjoyable walks. The pool and bouncing pillow were fun amenities. The office staff, especially Jackie, Barb, and Seven, were friendly and helpful. highly recommended.
